At Wallora, we want you to love your space. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email support@wallora-decor.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned.
